Key Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination for marketing initiatives across various markets, managing timelines and deliverables
• Maintain campaign calendars and documentation to ensure alignment across corporate and local priorities
• Support local market campaigns by collaborating with Marketing Champions and ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a broad-based marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong preference for candidates with healthcare marketing experience, particularly in value-based care
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Solid understanding of KPIs and ROI, with experience in performance tracking and analysis
