Senior Manager Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Master Data Management (MDM) for Material & Production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and implementation of a comprehensive Master Data Management strategy
• Establish and lead data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of key operational data objects

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams
• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Strong experience with SAP ERP systems and data governance tools
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory environments
