Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing for employees in multiple countries, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Lead the implementation and optimization of global payroll processes and controls, adhering to local labor laws and regulations
• Manage external vendor relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams in payroll administration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in global payroll, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing payroll in a publicly traded company, including compliance with SOX requirements
• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and best practices for various countries in North America, EMEA, and APAC
• Proven expertise in payroll accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations
