Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials Underpayment Rep responsible for managing denials and underpayments from third-party payors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, follow-up, and resolve denials and underpayments according to payor contracts
  • Process any necessary adjustments related to denials and underpayments
  • Report to the Manager of Denials Management
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of related healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, preferably in denials/underpayments
  • Three (3) years of related healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred
  • Prior experience using Epic preferred
  • No specific licensure or certification required by law
