Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Documentation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute all inbound documentation to the appropriate departments
  • Process training records from Clinical Services Managers and manage daily field correspondence
  • Provide feedback to management and assist with additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree
  • Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
