Corporate Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Production Manager for the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to employees through various communication channels for system-related issues
• Offer hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass and other systems, assisting users with various concerns
• Monitor and manage the Loan Support Queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests and collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS
• Experience in training or mentoring team members on LOS systems preferred
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes and applicable regulatory guidelines
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs
