Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the ITSM business while contributing to the ITSM practice leadership team
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring high-quality customer engagements
• Identify and recommend improvements in ITSM processes and methodologies based on field experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization
• 3+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
• Experience managing a services business, including resource management and engagement scheduling
• Significant experience in defining and deploying future-state IT processes
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of thirty or more employees
