Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Enabling Capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, review, and document existing processes for enhancement and redevelopment
• Perform data analysis using BI tools and generate reporting to meet business user requirements
• Facilitate communication between project team members and coordinate user testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Systems Analyst
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in relevant roles
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred
• LOMA Certification or ARA Designation is preferred
