PeopleSoft Absence Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Absence Consultant to support HR and payroll operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Absence Management components
  • Support payroll week absence processing and manage HR Help Desk cases related to absence
  • Execute configuration changes, perform data loads, and conduct data analysis using Excel
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience with PeopleSoft Absence Management configuration
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
  • Experience with data migration and integration tasks
  • Ability to work extended hours on some payroll weeks
