Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Processor - Consumer Direct.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various loan types and accurately calculate borrower income
• Review and verify all required loan documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain communication with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recent experience processing residential mortgage loans
• In-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and specialized loan products
• Strong understanding of federal and state mortgage regulations, including TRID compliance
• Proficiency in Encompass or similar loan origination systems
• Advanced ability to analyze complex income scenarios
