A company is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Email, SMS, and Retention Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and automation roadmap
• Build logic-driven journeys across various marketing platforms
• Own platform performance reporting, journey audits, and continuous improvement cycles

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing, preferably in DTC, eCommerce, or app-based environments
• Proven success in scaling personalized multi-channel journeys
• Deep knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, PostPilot, and ideally Braze or Airship
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in RFM, churn prediction, and event-driven logic
• Experience with subscription, mobile-first, or physical/digital hybrid products
