Key Responsibilities

• Storyboard and edit short and long-form videos showcasing listings and market insights
• Leverage AI tools for video production and optimization, including analyzing performance metrics
• Coordinate open-house logistics and ensure completion of listing checklists and seller reports

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of editing experience in a US residential real estate context or similar fast-paced content niche
• Ability to work overlapping hours with Houston (8 AM - 12 PM CT) while based in the Philippines
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, and Premiere
• Strong interest in data-driven results and engagement metrics
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, women-empowered work culture
