Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to an Account-Based Marketing strategy, crafting multi-touch campaigns to engage target accounts
• Optimize top-of-funnel acquisition channels and mentor a high-performing marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in a demand generation leadership role
• Expertise in building scalable lead generation engines and optimizing marketing metrics
• Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing and selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools like HubSpot/Salesforce
• Experience in hiring and developing marketing teams, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce or MarTech landscape
