A company is looking for a Transaction Management Analyst to provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent increases
• Support tracking of lease information, property values, and real estate assignments
• Facilitate the closeout process and provide financial breakdown support for transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of related experience
• Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
