Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Insights Manager to lead the development of insights and storytelling while managing data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide input on study design and select appropriate research techniques for projects
• Develop surveys and analyze research results, collaborating with the Client Management team
• Write reports that connect research findings to business objectives and support the proposal process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business, market analysis, or market research
• Proficiency in at least one data analysis package (e.g., SPSS, Qualtrics)
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organizational skills and time management abilities
