LPN Call Center

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center LPN.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for home or telehealth visits
• Initiate chart preparation to assist providers with upcoming appointments
• Accurately enter patient data into the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare call center is advantageous
