Key Responsibilities

• Own flagship events and tradeshow strategy to drive measurable pipeline, revenue impact, and brand visibility
• Lead the execution of major annual tradeshows and develop a repeatable event framework to enhance efficiency
• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and leverage data to track performance and optimize campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in event marketing or demand generation, preferably in B2B software or SaaS
• Proven experience in building and scaling event programs that yield measurable results
• Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and mentoring high-performing teams
• Expertise in event operations and process creation
• Data-driven mindset with experience in setting KPIs and analyzing performance
