Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MLR review process and documentation for marketing initiatives
• Coordinate between Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, and vendors for project timelines and task management
• Oversee vendor project workflows and support congress-related deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of marketing operations or commercial operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• 3-4 years of experience managing the Medical/Legal/Regulatory process and FDA submissions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Understanding of FDA promotional regulations and OPDP requirements
