Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B acquisition, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and account-based marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights
