Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Quality Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Quality strategic plan aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the Quality department's budget and manage global Quality systems for compliance and efficiency
• Implement training programs and process improvements to enhance Quality operations and foster a culture of operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in healthcare, technology, or industry
• Strong background in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering innovative business results
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
