Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and continuously improve Customer Success programs
  • Create short and long-term strategies for customer success programs, including project plans and release cycles
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer programs and lead integration efforts
Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in GTM operations, customer success, or program management within the software or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and processes
  • Basic knowledge of data formats and structures (JSON, CSV, SQL/NoSQL)
  • Knowledge of software development and backend product metrics
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms is an advantage
