Seasonal Mobilizer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for Fall 2025 Mobilizer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with payment data management and analytics strategies to raise program awareness
• Work on data and analytics projects while collaborating with team members and external partners
• Serve as the primary contact for payment issues, resolving or escalating them as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in payment processing systems and familiarity with CRM financial or support ticketing systems
• Experience with spreadsheets is highly valued
• Some tech support experience is preferred
• Existing relationships in one of the ten states or fluency in a second language, including Spanish
• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and workload
