Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become proficient in knowledge base and tools to efficiently resolve client needs
  • Manage high volume tasks and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
  • Build relationships with clients and assist with onboarding and vehicle dispatching
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment and multi-task in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
