A company is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead health database initiatives and mentor project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and proposing methodologies
• Lead health data projects, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables
• Supervise and mentor project managers, overseeing project teams to meet goals on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in health data or health policy project management
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven success in business development and leading health data projects
• Expertise in Multi Payer Claims Databases and Medicaid data
