MFT Senior Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex consultancy and managed services assignments
• Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction while overseeing software implementations
• Design and implement web-based MFT multi-tier architectures and participate in on-call support rotation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with MFT software solutions
• 7+ years of experience in the software industry with functional and technical consulting experience
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; a graduate degree is preferred
• Proficiency with UNIX, LINUX, and Windows platforms, as well as shell and JAVA scripting
• Familiarity with database systems and network connectivity protocols
