Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Contact Center Specialist to support contract work related to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Salesforce and other CRM/contact center platforms to enhance patient engagement and automate workflows
  • Provide technical support for the integration of patient engagement technologies within healthcare settings
  • Conduct user research and stakeholder engagement to translate business requirements into product vision and strategy


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience in software development using Agile/scrum frameworks
  • Experience managing product features from concept to delivery
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • US Citizenship
