Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Client Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Progress Track clients, ensuring satisfaction and partnership
• Design and deliver internal and external trainings for Progress Track, maintaining updated resources
• Innovate and enhance Progress Track's usability and functionality while managing client engagement activities

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of related work experience
• Proven success in client relationship management and engagement
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• 3-5 years of experience working directly with special education programs
