Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure project deliverables meet real needs
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and assist with project planning and coordination
• Support training efforts for end users and mentor junior staff members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience; graduate degree is a plus
• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in a Project Management Organization preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare claims adjudication and data analytics related to health insurance
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
