Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an account management or client relationship role in the technology industry
• Experience delivering customized product education sessions via web conferencing
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the social media industry
• Project management experience managing multiple software implementations
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is a plus
