Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple complex revenue cycle optimization initiatives within time, scope, and budget
• Monitor revenue cycle performance indicators and implement data-driven improvement plans
• Develop reporting and dashboards to communicate the success of optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in patient revenue cycle management
• Three years of direct experience in revenue cycle operations
• Two years of performance improvement experience
• Two years of project management experience
• Strong working knowledge of Epic Hospital/Physician Billing
