Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for compliance and accreditation solutions targeting ASCs
• Prioritize development initiatives based on regulatory deadlines and customer needs
• Analyze industry regulations and translate them into actionable product requirements

Required Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, public health, or law preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare product management, with a focus on accreditation and compliance
• In-depth knowledge of ASC-specific regulatory requirements including CMS, AAAHC, and HIPAA
• Experience working with ASCs or in ambulatory healthcare settings strongly preferred
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodology and experience using tools like Aha! or Jira
