Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Customer Base.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets by developing qualified sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Initiate outbound prospecting activities and respond to inbound sales leads to convert them into new business
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide timely updates in Salesforce to track progress towards quota attainment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or software sales
• Knowledge of HCM software or high-tech products/services is preferred
• Proven track record of successful selling and developing new sales opportunities
• Experience with solution selling and value-based selling techniques
