A company is looking for a Security Incident Responder.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent digital security requests and troubleshoot technical issues
• Manage Help Desk tickets and maintain accurate documentation of incidents
• Share best practices and collaborate with other staff and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Fluent in Farsi (Persian) and intermediate proficiency in English
• Experience in the nonprofit or human rights fields
• Familiarity with ticketing and customer support systems
• Comfortable working in high-stress, time-sensitive situations
