Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain technical depth in Microsoft Security products while troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Engage with customers to manage technical escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams for rapid incident resolution
  • Provide insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and mentor team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in the technology industry or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing, technical security-oriented role with experience in crisis management and incident response
  • 2+ years of experience with security products and enterprise security operations
  • Willingness to participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • Ability to meet specialized security screening requirements
