Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of named accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative advisor to clients, understanding their organizational structure and strategic goals
• Drive adoption of the platform by articulating its value and managing revenue retention through renewals and relationship-building
• Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, proactively mitigating churn risks and advocating for client needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in client success, support, sales, or a related function, preferably in a SaaS or education-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• A passion for K-12 education and commitment to the company's mission
