A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with policies and service level agreements
• Support department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Two or more years of experience in annuity customer service or telephone support
• Experience working with annuities and/or life products
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
