Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HubSpot, excellent communication skills, a self-starter with the ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

This is a full-time and remote position based in Romania, unless it is within 35 kilometers of our Sectigo office in Iasi, Romania. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: 

Day-to-day operations: 

  • Managing workflows, setting up email campaigns and overseeing tech integrations.
  • Data, workflow and asset hygiene in Hubspot.
  • Campaign reporting and analysis for the marketing and ecommerce organization.
  • Workflows and assignment flows for leads, accounts and intent data.
  • Review and update lead scoring models.
  • First point of contact for the marketing and ecommerce team.
  • Continuously improving the operations of the marketing organization. 
  • Monitoring and reporting to ensure smooth operations, including sync errors, lead assignment. issues and making general improvements to setup.
  • User and permission management.

Data analysis and process optimization Compliance: 

  • Compliance with best practices and regulations.
  • Security requirements in partnership with IT security.
  • GDPR requirements and data subject requests.

​​​​​​​Supporting marketing campaigns:  

  • Setting up nurturing flows and targeted nurture programs.
  • Creating email automation and attribution workflows.
  • Support with marketing email campaign setups.

​​​​​​​Integrations:  

  • Implementation, security checks and review of integrations.
  • Regular update of private keys and integrations.

Skills and abilities:  

  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Time management: Demonstrating excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Motivation and independence: Ability to work independently on multiple projects, with a willingness to grow and an inquisitive mind, questioning and improving on the status quo.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is strongly recommended.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Hubspot is required.  3 to 5+ years of experience is strongly preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within a marketing or ecommerce organization. 
  • Must be able to grasp complex setups and relations with ease. 
  • Great communicator, team player and project leader. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Salesloft and intent tools a plus.
