Key Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for FPLS and DFS systems
• Manage EMP Line of Business tasks including stakeholder engagement and operational support
• Collaborate with Federal Oversight Leads to ensure delivery of contract requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of child support program experience, including leadership roles
• Experience with DFS and FPLS
• Experience in operations, policy, legal, and legislative analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and facilitate diverse groups
• Desired: ITIL Certification
