Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls efficiently while providing marketing materials related to Dual Eligible Medicare Plans
• Utilize tools to achieve first call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
• Provide informational brochures and maintain a high standard of ethical conduct

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more inbound call center experience preferred
• Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred
• Strong customer service and data entry skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends, and evenings
