Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master Advisor responsible for leading Agile transformation and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams in Agile practices, ensuring accountability and transparency
• Facilitate sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives while tracking team velocity and progress
• Provide status reporting on key performance indicators, schedules, resources, and milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience
• Experience with the Scaled (SAFe) Agile framework in a Scrum Master role
• Proficiency in Agile tools, specifically VersionOne
• Basic understanding of coding concepts and database management (SQL)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and CI/CD practices
