Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Project Manager with RFP and higher education experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a major website redesign focused on AI-optimized search and user experience
• Manage the RFP process for selecting vendors and CMS
• Coordinate with ITS, vendors, and leadership, overseeing integrations with various systems

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing digital/web projects and RFP/vendor selection
• Experience with CMS evaluation and implementation
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Experience in higher education with decentralized stakeholders
• Ability to commit 35 hours/week for 12 months
