Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate capital planning and program activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full lifecycle of capital planning and program initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution
• Establish governance frameworks and communication structures for consistency and timely decision-making
• Manage program-level RAID logs and develop high-impact reports to communicate program health and status updates

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in capital planning or construction tech
• Experience managing and developing direct reports in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of RAID management and project governance best practices
• Experience supporting or leading organizational change initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to drive process consistency and risk mitigation across complex programs
