What you'll do as our Account Executive (m/f/d)

  • Drive Business Growth in DACH: Proactively research the market, identify key target accounts, and use creative strategies to build new business relationships and explore opportunities.
  • Create opportunities: Use tools like LinkedIn, Hubspot and Apollo to research accounts, find key contacts, and craft personalized messages and calls that open doors.
  • Own a High-Impact Sales Pipeline: Build, manage and nurture your own pipeline of prospects, preparing them with insights and closing them with skill and passion.
  • Be the Face of Sastrify: Master our product’s benefits and showcase how it meets customer needs, sparking interest and building trust.
  • Spot Trends and Build Influence: Stay ahead of industry trends, grow your network, and create engaging content to attract and connect with prospects.
  • You have gained a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT or in a similar discipline
  • You have 3+ years of proven work experience within Sales or in a similar role, preferably in the software industry
  • You have 1y+ of proven experience in running the full sales cycle, with main focus on building pipeline
  • You are persistent, creative and reliable - you bring the motivation required to drive multiple experiments to understand and connect with our target customers
  • You are a self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to convince prospects, eager for pro-active pipeline management while keeping your deals up to date
  • Your experience in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot) is a plus
  • You have outstanding oral and written ability in German and English
  • Experience selling to Procurement, Finance or IT personas previously is a plus
  • You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have a permanent office).
  • Ideally you are based in Munich or Cologne to allow for in person interaction with your team.
