Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementations for healthcare organizations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring project alignment
• Translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce project or engagement management experience in professional services
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare projects
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance standards
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools; Scrum Certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification highly preferred
