Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Counselor (LCSW) in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and support sessions on substance use disorder topics
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in both group and individual settings
• Complete evaluations and prepare documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree is required
• Independent clinical state licensure for Illinois (LCSW) is required
• At least one year of experience providing substance use disorder services in an inpatient or outpatient setting
• Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing skills
• Ability to manage crisis intervention remotely and work independently online
