Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales-focused roles, preferably in technology sales or consulting
• At least 5 years of experience leading a sales team with a focus on hunting or account expansion
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a technology consulting context
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales and customer success teams
