Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative to assist field sales staff and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact for the assigned territory and assist field sales in meeting quotas
• Create quotes and configurations for customers and facilitate special pricing requests
• Manage customer/partner opportunities and act as a liaison with all departments to expedite deal closures

Required Qualifications:

• Business experience in a Customer Support or Sales Support role
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
• Knowledge of networking technologies is advantageous
