Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Revenue Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processing and renewal lifecycle
  • Build and execute QA processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and identify process improvements
  • Collaborate with Finance and AR teams on late payment procedures and revenue assurance processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • HubSpot certification with hands-on experience in property management and workflows
  • Experience creating SOPs or process documentation, ideally using Confluence or similar tools
  • Familiarity with customer renewals, sales lifecycles, and SaaS metrics is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
