Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Associate to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound industry research and develop success strategies for partnership outreach
• Perform partnership outreach through calls and emails, and respond to inbound partnership inquiries
• Close partnerships and maintain HubSpot records, while meeting or exceeding SMART goals and KPIs

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in partner or customer support, partnerships, or business development
• Experience in solving customer problems and conducting business case analyses for partnerships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with HubSpot and analytics platforms is a plus
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within 60 days of employment
• Demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively and set SMART goals in past roles
