Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Broker (Sales Account Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers and negotiate rates based on market conditions
• Utilize operational support and access to a network of trucks to build and maintain a book of business
• Work full-time to acquire new customers and carriers while maximizing potential through effective sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider with an established customer base
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full-range support in business development
• Experience using CRM and TMS systems
• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
• Strong moral and ethical compass
